An Addendum is distributed during the bidding period to modify or clarify the project documents.

The Addendum form is available for PDC staff to access in Meridian Forms, and use as a template for a new project. Consultants and Construction Managers may use their own format for an Addendum.

Unifier Document Manager
Upload into the "BID DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS" Folder, in either the "ADDENDUM" or "ADDENDUM DRAWINGS" sub-folder. Also file in Meridian Archives.


Detailed Workflow

An Addendum is created either by the Lead Designer (on smaller projects) or by the Consultant or Construction Manager (on larger projects).  The Addendum goes through a review process by the Design Administrator, PDC Administrative Support, and Director of PDC, before being issued via Capital Imaging to the bidding contractors.  PDC Administrative Support also sends the Addendum to Facilities Information Services to file in both the Unifier Document Manager and Meridian Archives.
