Detailed Workflow

At the beginning of the design phase for any type of project, an outside Consultant (A/E) may be hired to provide design services.  The Consultant will be asked to submit an AE Proposal (lump sum) if their services have been estimated as a lump sum amount.  The AE Proposal is reviewed by the Lead Designer then attached to the Contract Request in Unifier, for review by the Design Administrator.
