Detailed Workflow

Before or at Substantial Completion, the Construction Manager will submit As-Built Drawings and O&M Documents to the Project Manager.  The Project Manager will fill out the As-Built and O&M Transmittal Summary and forward the set of as-builts with transmittal to the Records Manager. The O&M documents will be transmitted electronically using the Unifier Submittals process. The documents will go through the Facilities Information Services Manager, then the original Summary will be returned to the Project Manager, who will then scan and attach to the final Payment Application.
