A tool for use during the final design review meeting, to confirm the project has bid documents that meet the expectations of the Customer in terms of the project work scope, budget and schedule.

Detailed Workflow

At the finalization of the design phase, the Lead Designer or Project Manager may use this form as a discussion tool at the final design meeting with the Customer.  The electronic version of this document should be kept in Meridian Projects while in progress, then stored in the Document Manager for the project in Unifier, once it is finalized and signed.
