Create a new record in the Bidding Documents process in Unifier, and attach the Bid Set of Drawings and Specifications for review, processing and distribution.

Final Document Placement

Who is responsible?:
Unifier Document Manager
Upload into the "BID DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS" Folder, in the "BID SET DRAWINGS" and "SPECIFICATIONS" sub-folders. Also file in Meridian Archives.
