If the Consultant has access to Unifier, they transmit the Report using the Transmittal process, then the Designer moves the Report from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "REPORTS" folder.


Detailed Workflow

During the design phase, a consultant may be hired to provide a Condition Assessment of the building.  The Consultant will submit the Condition Assessment to the PDC Lead Designer, using the Transmittal process in Unifier.  The PDC Lead Designer will review the Condition Assessment and request modifications as needed.  The PDC Lead Designer will be responsible for filing the report in the project Document Manager in Unifier.
