A Construction Management Report is created periodically during the Construction phase.

Move from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "REPORTS" folder.


Detailed Workflow

If there is an external Construction Manager for the project, they create the Construction Management Report and send it to the Project Representative using the Skire Transmittal process.  The Project Representative will review the report and request modifications as needed.  If the Construction Manager is internal, the IPF CM will create the report.  The Project Representive or IPF CM will upload the final Construction Management Report into the Unifier Document Manager.  If the CM Report is submitted by an external CM, the Project Representative will move the report in Skire, from the "Transmittals to be filed" to the "Records" folder.
