IPF staff members may submit a Construction Standards Request for Change, in an ongoing effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date standards for the design and construction of university facilities and infrastructure.

A form is available for any IPF staff member to use for submitting a request for change to the Standards.

The PDC Process Engineer will store the forms in the Meridian tasks area, along with a log of the suggestions.


Detailed Workflow

Any IPF staff member may submit a request for a change to the Standards.  The request goes through a review, approval and implementation process as described in the Construction Standards Request for Change process flowchart.

The yellow form should be given to Diane Schimizzi (PDC Analyst) for processing.

Reference Responsibilities and Stewards for a list of the individual standards and the name of the steward responsible for keeping the section updated.
