Consultant Site Observation Report

A consultant that is contracturally obligated to provide Construction Administration will periodically visit the construction site and provide written notes of conditions or issues that need to be addressed.

Move from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "CORRESPONDENCE / CONSULTANT" sub-folder.

 

Detailed Workflow

During construction, the Consultant may prepare a Site Observation Report and submit it to the Project Representative using the Unifier Transmittal process.  The Project Representative will review the report, and forward it to the General Contractor and/or Construction Manager, then file it in the project Document Manager in Unifier.
