Move from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "DRAWINGS / CHANGE MANAGEMENT" sub-folder.


Detailed Workflow

During construction, if a change order is required, the Change Management process in Unifier is used to document the change, both to the construction plans and to the budget.  The Change Order may include attached drawings to assist in describing the work scope.  The Project Representative or Project Manager is responsible for moving the approved attached drawings to the appropriate folder in the project Document Manager in Unifier.
