Upload any attachments from e-mail messages into appropriate Unifier Document Manager folder.

 

Detailed Workflow

Retain project related e-mail messages in Outlook, organized by Project.  At the end of the project, move all project e-mail messages into the Outlook Public Folder - PDC Project Emails, in the corresponding year and CP folder. 

Any attachments that are important documents should be copied into the Unifier Document Manager and placed into the correct folder.  Once the project closes, Facilities Information Services  will move all files for the project into Meridian Archives.
