Attach to the Transmittals process in Unifier. The Lead Designer will move the document from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "DESIGN DOCUMENTS" folder.


Detailed Workflow

The Energy Impact Statement is a required deliverable from the Consultant.  Reference the MSU Construction Standards, Design Guidelines-  Mechanical and the Long Form Contract for Minor and Major Projects.  The Consultant will submit the Energy Impact Statement using the Transmittals process in Unifier.  The EAS Mechanical Designer will review the Energy Impact Statement and may request revisions from the Consultant.  The Consultant will receive notification when the Energy Impact Statement is approved.
