Detailed Workflow

Before or at project close-out, the Contractor will submit a Equipment/Material Warranty if required, using the Submittals process.  The Project Representative will review the Warranty and may request revisions from the Contractor.  The Contractor will receive notification in Unifier  when the Warranty is approved.
