Detailed Workflow

During the Projected Cost Assessment (PCA) phase of a Capital Project, the Estimator will use the spreadsheet to calculate costs for the project.  The Estimator will save the spreadsheet in Active Projects, then print out a hard copy to be placed in the project folder.  The project folder is given to PDC Administrative Support when the PCA is issued.  PDC Administrative Support will give the project folder to Facilities Information Services to scan into Meridian Archives.
