Letters which are used to communicate during a Capital Project, but are not otherwise identified as a standard form, must be on Infrastructure Planning and Facilities letterhead and approved by the Director of PDC.

This form is available for PDC Staff to access in Meridian Forms, and use as a template for a new project.

Final Document Placement

Upload into the "CORRESPONDENCE" folder, within the appropriate sub-folder.


Detailed Workflow

Any correspondence created using IPF department letterhead will be processed from the creator of the document to PDC Administrative Support, then reviewed by the PDC Administrative Assistant and Director of PDC.  PDC Administrative Support will distribute the correspondence to the recipients and file the document in the Unifier Document Manager.
