Meeting Minutes are to be taken at every project meeting.

Consultants and Contractors may use their own format for Meeting Minutes.

Final Document Placement

Who is responsible?:
Project Manager
Unifier Document Manager
Upload into the "MEETINGS" folder, in the "MINUTES" sub-folder.


Detailed Workflow

If meeting minutes are created by an MSU staff member, they will be distributed to the meeting attendees and other project team members, then filed in the Unifier Document Manager.  If meeting minutes are created by outside Contractors and Consultants, they will be submitted to the MSU representative using the Unifier Transmittal process.  After review and approval of the meeting minutes, the MSU representative will move the document from the "Transmittals to be filed" to the "Meetings\Minutes" sub-folder in Unifier.
