Operation and Maintenance Data

Operation and Maintenance Data provides information for the Owner.  It is prepared and submitted by the Contractor.

Facility Information Services will transfer electronic copies of the approved O&M documents from Unifier to Meridian Archives.


Detailed Workflow

Before or at Substantial Completion, the Contractor will submit Operation & Maintenance Data to the Project Manager using the Unifier Submittals process.  The Project Manager will review the data and return the documents to theContractor if revisions are needed. If hard copies have already been submitted, the Project Manager will fill out the Operation and Maintenance Manual Transmittal and forward the manuals with the transmittal to the FIS Representative. The Facilities Information Services Representative will review the documents and store them in the document management system.
