Detailed Workflow

When the project involves potential modifications to or affects the Campus parking system in any way, the Project Representative will send a Parking Space Relocation Request to the MSU Police Department.  The request contains information about the total number of spaces impacted, leases space numbers affected, location of spaces, dates of impact and a contact for the project.  The Project Representative's Supervisor and Director of PDC will review the request.  PDC Administrative Support will distribute the request and file it in the project Document Manager in Unifier.
