Detailed Workflow

The Schedule of Values / Cost Breakdown is a detailed statement furnished by the Contractor outlining the components of the contract sum.  For Purchase Order projects, the breakdown is typically provided on the Contractor's letterhead.  For Minor and Major projects, the Schedule of Values is provided in the form of a spreadsheet, and is used as the basis for submitting and reviewing payment applications.  The Contractor will submit the Schedule of Values / Cost Breakdown using the Transmittal process in Unifier.  The document goes through a review process by the Lead Designer and Project Representative, Design Administrator and Director of PDC.  PDC Administrative Support sends the document to the Operations Coordinator who attaches it in the Purchase Order process in Unifier.
