Service Request

A Service Request is submitted by the Customer when they are considering or require renovation work in their department. 

Original Form

Who originates it?:
The Customer initiates a Service Request. The Service Request may be submitted electronically by going to the MSU IPF Webpage (Service Requests)

Final Document Placement

Who is responsible?:
PDC Administrative Support

PDC Administrative Support attaches the Service Request in the Project Initiation process.


Detailed Workflow

The Customer will submit a Service Request for assistance in evaluating the Projected Cost for a proposed renovation or to proceed with the design phase of a previously estimated project.  Reference the Project Initation process in Unifierfor a detailed explanation of the steps in this process.
