A Study may be performed to investigate the feasibility, options and costs associated with a proposed renovation, new building or other construction project.

Who originates it?:
A Designer or Consultant may use their own format for the Study.

Final Document Placement

Who is responsible?:
Unifier Document Manager
If study is performed by a Designer, they will upload into the "REPORTS" folder. Here they have the ability to create their own sub-folder. If study is performed by a Consultant, they will attach the report to the Transmittals process in Skire. The Designer will move the report from the "TRANSMITTALS TO BE FILED" folder to the "REPORTS" folder.


Detailed Workflow

A Study is typically performed by a Consultant, but may be created by any person working on a capital project.  A Consultant will forward the Report to the Designer for review, using the Transmittal process in Unifier.
