Customer Surveys for Capital Projects

Following each phase of a Capital Project (planning, design, construction, close-out and move-in), a customer liaison will call the customer to request feedback about their experience and level of satisfaction with the project.  The customer will be provided with a link to an optional web survey if they prefer to give feedback anonymously.
